What is the role of the AOC Consortium in the processing?
The AOC Consortium offers digital identification tools that allow you to transact electronically with the Catalan administrations, such as the idCAT Certificat, the idCAT Mòbil, the e-TRAM and the VÀLid. The VÀLid is a system that allows you to identify yourself with different electronic means (digital certificates, idCAT Mòbil, Cl@ve, etc.).
Therefore, while you are processing with a Catalan administration, to identify yourself, you will go through the VÀLid page of the AOC Consortium.
However, the AOC Consortium only provides these identification tools, but does not manage or receive the procedures you are carrying out . That is why if you have doubts or incidents about a specific procedure, you must contact the responsible administration directly .
