What is it?
VÀLid is a service that AOC makes available to Catalan public administrations with the aim of integrating the different digital identification systems available (idCAT Mòbil, digital certificates and Cl@ve).
With this system, citizens and companies have all the identification options at their disposal to easily process and carry out procedures with the Catalan administrations.
How does it work?
The Catalan administrations that use the VÀLid service (Generalitat, city councils, regional councils, provincial councils, etc.) make the identification screen available to citizens and companies prior to the procedure or management so that they can identify themselves electronically.
On this screen you can choose between idCAT Mòbil, Digital Certificate or Cl@ve to access it. Before using these mechanisms you must have registered.
In this way, the user can prove their identity and continue with their procedure or management with the administration.
