What do I do if I have a problem using the security portal?
If you have a problem with access to the portal (for example, I put the password and it does not work for me) or with the permissions that you have assigned (for example, I enter and only see general information and not information of my city council)
You need to contact the User Manager of the Entity you want to access to review the access permissions linked to your user, and validate that you have the roles of the EACAT service: CESICAT Security Portal.
If you have a problem / incident with the use of the portal (once accessed) or with any functionality:
You must send an e-mail to email@example.com indicating the full name of the contact person, the telephone number and email to contact, and a detailed description of the problems detected.
If you have technical questions about the results of technical vulnerability audits, for example, about infrastructure vulnerabilities and how to resolve them, you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org .
If you detect errors in the inventory of computers (IPs, hostnames) listed in the security portal or you need to report that the contact person of the entity changed, reply to the scan notification email that is sent from email@example.com.
