• If you have a problem with accessing the portal https://portalaall.ciberseguretat.cat/ (for example, the user and password authentication does not work for me) or with the permissions you have been assigned (for example, I enter and see very limited information and I can't find that of my municipality):
    • You must contact the User Manager of the Ens you want to access to review which access permissions are linked to your user, and validate that you have the roles of the EACAT service: Security Portal of the Agency of Cybersecurity of Catalonia
  • If you have a problem/incident with the use of the portal (once you have accessed) or with any functionality:
    • You must send an email to administraciolocal@ciberseguretat.cat indicating the full name of the person to be contacted, the telephone number and email, and a detailed description of the problem detected.
  • If you have technical doubts about the results of technical vulnerability audits, for example, about infrastructure vulnerabilities of the Ens and how to solve them, you can contact soc@ciberseguretat.cat.
  • If you have doubts about the cyber security regulatory framework published on the portal, you can contact normatiu@ciberseguretat.cat
  • If you detect errors in the equipment inventory (IP, hostname) that appear in the portal reports or you need to update the Ens contact person, respond to a scan notification email you received from soc@ cyberseguretat.cat
