The portal has subscription features where you choose how often you want to receive an email with the latest subscription updates. If a user is interested in a section of which he wants to be informed when a new news or document is published, he must select the "Subscribe" option to be informed.
Subscriptions can be configured so that the user is notified daily, weekly or monthly.
