The user manager is the person responsible for registering users in EACAT and giving the corresponding permissions, role assignment, to be able to access the private area of the portal.

In the event that a user wishes to have more privileges to access specific security information of a city council, county council, provincial council, consortium, etc., it is necessary to enable the roles of the EACAT service: CESICAT Security Portal.
Once you have them, you will be able to access only the security information of the private area of the entity to which you have access permissions.
